Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account area.
We understand that there are times when you might not wish to receive your subscription order. You can easily manage your subscription via your account and pause as many times as you like or cancel entirely.

Find your account area at the top right of your screen or at the bottom of your menu if viewing on mobile.

Not got a log in? No problem - simply create and account using the email address you placed your order with.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Follow these simple steps -

1. Go to the 'Account' section by pressing 'Account' on the top right hand of the homepage. If you are using a mobile, you will find Account in the navigation.

2. Enter your email and Password - Not got a password? Don't worry, below the SIGN IN button you will see 'Forgot your password?'. You can follow this link and re-set or create a new password.

3. When logged into your account you will see and option to Manage Subscriptions. Here you will find Upcoming Orders and the options to pause or cancel your subscription.

Do you remind me when the subscription is due?

Yes, you will be sent an email 3 days before your subscription is due to tell you what is due to be delivered, how much this will cost and when this will be charged and dispatched.

You then have the option to make any amendments to your order you wish by managing your subscription.

Can I change my subscription Shipping Address

Yes you can do this directly in your Account area. Alternatively you can Contact Us and we can do this for you.

Can I change my Payment Method?

Yes you can do this directly in your Account area in the section marked Payment methods.
