That's why we offer our 30-Day Skin Relief Guarantee.
If you've purchased a Skin:Genius product for the first time and after using it as recommended for up to 30 days, you don't feel it's right for your skin, simply get in touch with our team at hellojulia@skin-genius.co.uk. We'll work with you to understand your experience and help find the best solution.
If we're unable to find a product that's a better fit, we'll happily refund the purchase price of the product.
How it works:
- Applies to first-time purchases of Skin:Genius products made directly through the Skin:Genius website. Orders placed via other websites or in-store are not eligible for the guarantee.
- The product must be used for a minimum of 30 days.
- Contact us within 40 days of receiving your order.
- We'll ask a few questions about your skin concerns and how you've been using the product so we can provide the best support possible.
- If the product isn't right for you, we'll arrange your refund.
A few things to note
- The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a product only
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The guarantee applies to a single product and is not available on multiple products of the same or subscriptions.
- The guarantee does not apply where products have not been used as directed or have been used inconsistently.
- We may ask for photographs or additional information to help us understand your experience.
- We reserve the right to refuse claims where we believe the guarantee is being misused.
